We request information from prospective clients on our Online Credit Application. PC DirectBiz is the sole owner of the information collected on this form. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Credit Scoring

If your beacon score falls 10 to 15 points below 580, our lender will have a credit analyst manually pull your credit report and try to score your credit higher so that the loan may be approved. When this happens PCDirectBiz.com is charged a fee of $19.95 and we pass this charge to the customer. There is a 90% chance the loan will be approved if this happens, therefore the $19.95 will be deducted from the original loan amount and charged to your checking or savings account.

Sharing

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside company to ship orders. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.

We may partner with other third parties to provide other services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

When our credit applicants enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, bank account numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. You will know you are on a secure server, the lock icon on the bottom of the web browsers such as Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked or open, when you are just surfing.

We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All of our user's information is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job task (e.g. credit and employment verifications) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
