What are your qualifications to get a computer? You must have a valid checking or savings account we will debit your account for monthly/weekly installments. You must not currently be in bankruptcy. Prior bankruptcies are OK as long as they have been discharged. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum monthly gross income of at least $1,200.

How long does the approval process take? We have just launched our 30-second credit approval process. So if you apply online then you receive and instant decision.

Am I guaranteed to be approved? No. We do not guarantee approval nor do we state any type of approval percentage. Please be cautious when dealing with those that make those types of claims.

When will my first payment be due? Your first payment will normally be due the following month on the 1st or the 15th which ever you have chosen on your lease 2 own agreement unless otherwise stated. If you're paying weekly then you be billed the Friday of each week.

What is the process and how long after I am approved will it take for me to receive delivery of the computer system? After your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail further instructions on downloading your lease 2 own agreement. After we receive your lease agreement back please allow up to 3-4 weeks for building and shipping your computer. During holiday seasons please allow and additional week delivery. Do I need a checking/savings account? Yes. The monthly installment must be debited from a checking or savings account.

What type of loan am I applying for? You are applying for a lease to own program. You will have the option to buy the computer at the end of your lease for a $1.00 buy out option. Our lease 2 own program is extremely popular and we have been offering online since 1999. If you have challenged credit then it normally easier for us to get you approved with our lease 2 own program. Another benefit to our lease 2 own program is our Trade up ProgramT. If you have had a good payment history with us for at lease 6-12 months you can send your equipment back to us in fair condition and we will give you FMV (Fair Market Value) credit towards a brand new laptop or desktop.

What are the terms of the loan? Terms will vary depending on your credit and the state you reside in. But our standard terms are normally 24-36 months and the monthly/weekly payments will vary between $50-$92.00 per month or $15.00 per week depending on which system you're approved for.

Is there a down payment? There is a *$99.00 processing fee payment on all systems. Once your computer system has been built and ready to ship there will be NO refunds of the $99.00. Should customer decide to cancel the $99.00 deposit will be placed on their account as a credit for up to 90 days and may be used for any other products or services that PCDirectBiz.com offers on their site. This credit may be used solely on PCDirectBiz.com, ComputerFinance.net or any other sites under the iOnNet LLC umbrella.

How much will my payment be and for how long? Monthly/weekly installments vary depending on the system and on each individual's credit worthiness, but it will be an amount that will fit right into your budget. Payments can vary between $50.00 to $92.00 per month for 24-36 months.

What kind of credit do you need to have? Your credit doesn't need to be AAA+++ perfect. We specialize in helping those with blemished credit. However, we do ask that if you have filed bankruptcy, that it should have been dismissed and also, that you be current on your present credit obligations.

Do you report to the credit bureau and will this help build my credit? Yes. Your account is reported to all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Transunion) you will be able to begin rebuilding a positive credit rating with 30-60 days.

Are the computers upgradeable? They are fully upgradeable, Brand name/custom built computer systems. The systems come as a complete package and in most cased are shipped directly from the manufactures.

What does the computer come with? Please refer to your computer specification sheet and the specifications listed for each system on this website.

Is there a warranty? Yes all systems come with the manufactures standard warranty. Additional warranties can be purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Is Internet access included? Yes, free Internet access is included, provided by an ISP (Note: Free Internet access is available only where a local dial-up number is available).

Are these computers brand new? These are brand new, top quality, fully upgradeable brand name or custom-built computer systems with a manufacturer warrnaty and technical support plus free Internet access.( Free internet access is only good for the trail period that is offered certain restrictions may apply)

Can I upgrade these systems prior to delivery? No. The bundles are as is. After you have made at lease 6 on-time monthly payments we will be more that happy to upgrade your computer for an additional monthly fee or one time fee if paying cash for the upgrade.

Can they ship my computer to a P.O. Box address? No, you will need a physical address in order to receive your computer.
