Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is simple - you can cancel at any time before we order your computer from the manufacturer. Upon your written request, we will even refund all amounts paid in excess of our $99.00 processing fee. We can't provide refunds after your computer has been ordered from the manufacturer.
